Setting up your account is easy. Once you sign up, you have to enter your address, contact number and payment details correctly. You can also add your photo and other details as required.

To reset your password, first go to the login page. There you will see a Forgot Password option just below the login box. Enter your email or phone number to receive the alternative way to login to your account.

If there is anything specific you want to know about your purchase history, please contact us from the contact support page. Else, you can simply Login and click on Go to my account to check your purchase history.

Yes, handmade products are designed with utmost attention to details. Artisans with years of practice and skills design each product to the best of their abilities, so handmade products are often very durable.

Since every handmade product is made separately, every product is unique. Unlike mass manufactured goods, handmade products are designed with great attention to details and meticulous craftsmanship.

We don't have a guarantee or warranty on our products but if you are not satisfied for any valid reasons, or in case of any damages on delivery, we do offer a 30 days refund.

First go to www.yalagarden.com and add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. For this step, your phone number is optional but email is mandatory. And creating an account is not necessary. Just enter the details and proceed with the payment. Voila! Your order will be placed!

After your order is placed, we take 1-2 days for processing and shipping takes 3 days on average. So, it takes 2-5 business days for your product to get delivered.

In case the product arrives damaged, you can ask for a refund within 30 days.

Yes you can cancel your order before we ship it. Please track your order and if the shipping hasn't been done, go to the contact us page, send us the details of your order and tell us t o cancel. Order cancellation can be done only before shipping.

In case you ordered the wrong size, the product arrived damaged or any other valid reasons, we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In case of returns, please do it within a month. We accept returns of orders only within 30 days of delivery.

To return your order, go to Contact us page and enter your email, and your order number. We will email you a label which you have to print, paste in the box and drop it in the ups. Refunding the amount takes 7-10 business days depending on your bank and payment method. In case of any inquiries you can always reach out to us from the contact us page.

After we receive your box we will proceed with refunding your amount. Please note that the time for refunding depends on your bank and your method of payment.
